Is Sql Backup and FTP compatible with Act 2009? Options · View

Act 2009 (sql server based) really wants you to backup from inside their application, they schedule reminders for the user(s) to backup, yet many dismiss the schedule, and it rarely
gets backed up. Has anyone been able to successfully backup (and restore) an Act! database with Sql Backup and Ftp?

It is based on SQL Server 2005 and as such you should be able to back it up. It is just a question to be able to connect to it. This page seem to be useful: http://community.act.com...-sql-instance/td-p/10262
