I am running version 6.0.8.27340 on a Windows XP Professional workstation which is a member of an Active Directory domain.

I logged onto the workstation as the domain administrator, selected my database, targeted a shared folder on the server and successfully backed up the database.

I scheduled the job to run daily at 8PM and pressed the Save button. Then I was prompted for authentication and all credentials I have tried have failed.

I have tried the local administrator and the domain administrator. I have also tried using domain\username and username@domain.com.

Please help.

Thanks in Advance!

- Jack

To investigate this problem we need your jobx file and records from Windows Event Log related to "SqlBackupAndFtp" and "SBF Service" sources. You may send them through our contact us form.
