My backups are varying in size greatly. Is this normal?
Generally, they are zipped and are about 35mb in size. I have it set to do a "full" backup each time.
However, it was 70mb on 8/22, 70mb on 8/19, and 104mb on 8/18. The rest are all about 35mb.

Whatever it is - it has nothing to do with SQLBackupAndFTP. The sizes are so small though that it may be just SQL Server optimizing it's pages. Restore it somewhere to make sure you have all you data.
