We are often asked by our non-IT customers on where to FTP the backups? First check your website. Usually if you have a web site, you already have an FTP server on the same server - just see your hosting provider for details. Or purchase a hosting service just for FTP even though you don't need a website. Or find a dedicated FTP server like
evbackup.com (we have no relationship with them). Or even
backup to Dropbox instead of FTP server.
Note that FTP storage is your responsibility - we just provide you with a tool, but not the service.
