Good Morning,
I've got a backup scheduled for each day at 1:15AM. Unfortunately, I keep getting this error: ERROR: Backup of celiak5_coolnola failed: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.
When I manually run the backup, it works, but the scheduling seems to have issues.
I'm connecting via phpmyadmin, if that helps...

1) what user account do you use for scheduling?
2) do you schedule using Windows Task Scheduler or MySBF Windows Service?

My main cPanel account login.
And I use the scheduler in the program. I'm assuming that's the MySBF service?
