I purchased this because it seems that it works for Yardi Genesis.

But the only support I can find is that I should follow the instructions at this link:

Unfortunately, this link no longer goes anywhere. Is there a current link or is there any way I can get this pdf emailed to me or something?

For particulars on how to configure SqlBackupAndFTP for use with Yardi Genesis databases, access Yardi's Client Central at https://support.yardi.com/ . Select Genesis Software Resources from the left hand list and then click the link for "Scheduling backups with SqlBackupAndFTP" in the Technical Documentation section. For questions with this configuration, contact Yardi Genesis Technical Support between 6am and 4pm Pacific Time at (800)866-1124.
