Hi,

We have been using SQL Backup and FTP for a while. It worked really great until now. Recently it started giving this error. I am pasting the log info below.

ERROR: Upload failed: CompanyDB20100916.zip: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (reply code 550)

Hi,

Probably something holds the file on your FTP server. This error is not related to SBF functionality but rather to your current system configuration.
