Hi,

We send regular database updates to a customer using SQL Backup And FTP. The upload process runs on a schedule. And every now and then, it would be useful to abort a backup that has already started to upload, and then manually upload later.

Is there a method of aborting a job (FTP upload specifically) that is already in progress?

Hi,

If you run a job manually just press the "Cancel" button. If a job is run by Windows Task Manager, go to its console and stop the running job.
