Sql Backup And FTP

I am using the free version(5.5). I am backing up a remote SQL database on a GoDaddy server. I have the backup scheduled to run each night. When I looked at the backup file, I see that it is only partially backing some of my tables. The log file shows a sucessful backup each night.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

As we were saying, remote backup is in permanent Beta, it's far from perfect and fails quite often. If you've tested and it works fine on your database - good for you. If it fails - don't be surprised. It is a complicated process.
