When i try to save a job I get a job scheduling error:
"Keyset doesn't exists:(Exception from HRESULT: 0x80090016)"

I can run backup on if i click run now, but the scheduler doesn't kick in the next day. At least it didnt today when i looked it up.

Do you enter a password while saving the job or the program doesn't ask you about it?

We haven't faced this error before. It seems it relates to your specific system configuration. I can just suggest you to play with security settings of your OS anr/or SQL Server.
