You should also allow connecting to other database like mysql.

We have no plans to do MySQL backups. Correction (May 2011): we've started working on MySQL backup program. Will probably be live in summer 2011.

I'm very interested in mysql backup too, having to backup two database, MSSQL and Mysql, i could do it with the same software. It could be interesting for many people. It's one year from your last answer about it, maybe you are considering mysql backup now?

I am not sure where to reply but YES! I would be more than happy to pay for a version that would handle MySql databases. Please contact me as soon as you have one available.
