If i buy one full Professional version, can i use it to access SQL Server databases across many servers. We just have 2 databases on each server. so i have atleast 6 different servers and most of them are on a different donain also.

If you want to use standard backups (created using BACKUP DATABASE statement) - you need SQLBackupAndFTP to be installed on every server locally. If you are OK using remote backups (creates scripts, no guarantees whatsoever, permanent Beta), then one copy would suffice.
Also note that you need a separate license for every installation.

so how much each licenses cost me. let's say i have 6 servers. so how much total to pay for the professional version including 1 year tech support.
