FTP test failed: Options · View

When I try to test my FTP settings for the server I would like to upload the backups to, I get the following message:

Request: STOR SBAFtest.temp
Response: 550 SBAFtest.temp: Access is denied


Any idea what I should do from here?

Nevermind, my FTP information was missing ftp:// in the beginning of the address.

I am glad this is resolved. Actually we add "ftp://" at the beginning automatically so user don't need to do it. Are you sure removing it causes the problem.
