Does the product manage backup sets? Or, how many backup files can be kept and can your software delete them after a certain period? If so is this feature controllable say by either directory size, file count or date?

You can only specify the time "How long to keep" the backup copies. Older backups will be deleted if found.

Hello,
I am running 5.5.1 standard and the auto delete feature does not work for me. I set it for 3 or 7 days and it never deletes anything. I also have one jobe where the auto delete is grayed out and there is an "enable" link next to it. When I create a new job the auto delete is automaticly turned on. How can I set the default for the auto delete for new jobs to be OFF?

It looks like a great function if it would function, but??? So how can I make it like my one job where it is off by default?

Thanks so much!

Clay ;-)

Clay,
1) could you please send us your .mjobx file and execution logs?
2) to disable the autodelete function just set it to 0 days and 0 months.
