Unfortunately, our IT dept ONLY supports SFTP for secure data transfers between remote sites. Your software currently doesn't support this protocol.
Perhaps, you could consider this as a future feature.

SQLBackupAndFTP Prof supports FTPS, not SFTP, at least for now. However if you use AES encryption, you data is still very secure even if you use basic FTP. In other words if anybody breaks your FTP and steals your backups, there's still no way they can decrypt it.

While the data maybe be secure, the transmission is not. There are ways to intercept the transmission, to include the credentials used to connect.
Please add sFTP capability. It's the only thing keeping us from purchasing your software.
