I have tried uploading a couple of databases to ftp.adrive.com and when I get the success/failure email, this is what it shows...even though one of the databases, the first one, seems to have uploaded fine. Is this a problem with adrive or is it on my end or is it the SQLBackupandFTP app??? Thanks for your help.

So, uploading 4 GB to FTP server fails. It is hard to know what particular piece is responsible for the problem, but given the size of the upload, it is hardly surprising. First I would try changing connection to Active in Advanced FTP settings. Then, if it doesn't help, I would try a different FTP server if possible.
But generally I would not rely on FTP for transferring 4GB of data. We are working on adding Dropbox and S3 as transfer targets. But until we have these features, the safest bet for large backups is to store them on the network drive if FTP fails.
