I am getting an error when trying to do a backup I am using the free version to find out if it will work for me, the error is "Database scripting failed an error occured while getting database information" I would like some one to contact me so I can send them a screen shot of the error so we can get it resolved and purchase which ever is necessary.

Dear Ricky,
I see that you're using scripting method to backup your database. I'd like to warn your that the scripting backup is in permanent beta and we do not guarantee that it will work for you in any situation. If it doesn't work for you then probably the best way is not to use it at all. If you have an ability to install SqlBackupAndFtp on the server it will be the best solution to use standard backup method (not scripting).
