I have been using this program in 2003 server with zero problems. Tried installing on 2008 server, but it would not work at all.

Is there something easy I am missing ?

Should work with no problems. However 2008 has tightened security and you may run into permission issues if running under wrong account. What seems to be the problem anyway?
