Hello,
Is this possible? I would prefer each database to be backed up to its own sub folder? We have hundreds of databases and it is easier if they are kept in their own sub directories.

Sorry, we don't have plans of doing it - this need is too specific. You can create separate jobs for each separate folder if you really need it, though probably it is too much work

Yeah that is nuts. Not creating several hundred tasks just to have the ability to assign each DB to a sub folder.

Dear SQLandFTP,
Are there any plans to create a settings for subfolders for each database ? We want to give our customers acces to there backups only we do not want them to see other database backups.

You can create separate jobs for each separate folder.
