Even though I have Sql Backup and FTP set to do Full Backup it's still coming out at a fraction of the size of when I do a Full Backup using the Sql Administration 2008 GUI. Why is that?

I'm using MS SQL Server 2008.

More details are needed. Are you sure that both of the backups are full? How much do they differ? Are you able to restore from the backup made by SBF?
