how start a job automatically with .bat file? Options · View

Hi,
i've created a job with UI (std. version), how can i run that job automatically? I need a file.bat that run that job.
The job naturally start at the Sheduled time, but i need backup the db after one personal sequence.

I tried to search, and i know that is simple, but i haven't study scripts.
