Greetings, our team has heard great things about your product so we decided to give it a try. We ran across and error that doesn't seem to be posted anywhere else on the forum. We followed the recommendations, including switching FTP from passive to active. Log below, please advise. Thanks!

Probably this happens because the user doesn't have enough rights. Check please.

Thank you for the reply. The user in the FTP settings is the Admin user for the Network Solutions account - ftp1446305. With AceFTP, the user can change directories, create folders, copy and delete files, etc. Full admin rights.....thoughts? Lance

Well, it's hard to tell from here. Could you provide us with a test FTP account where this problem is reproducible?

Mike, I sent the new acct credentials to the Contact Page on the website. It will take 10 minutes for Network Solutions to activate. Thank you!

With Mike's help we figured this out. With Network Solutions, you can set or restrict the directory where the zip backups will be copied. Add FTP account to a folder on the root drive such as, /htpdocs/sqlbackups then set the SQLBackup software FTP account info to file path "/" or nothing. Zip file copied and all good. Thank you Mike!
