I have created a scheduled backup in my free version. I scheduled the backup to run at 4 am each day. Over a week has gone by, but no backups have been created! When I check the Windows Task Scheduler, the last result shows "0Xffffffff"!

What am I doing wrong!

please look at the Windows Event Log for error description
