Hi mikeshilov,

Has any progress been made with this?

- Would this problem be resolved if I bought the licensed package, or the would the issue be the same over all versions?

RayT,

We're still investigating the issue. The most hard thing now is to reproduce this problem on our side. We've tried several times already without any success. Please give us more time.

Hi mikeshilov,

Is there no other logs that I could provide that might assist you in recreating the error?

Thanks, the problem is clear we just need to reproduce it to know how to fix it. Bwt, how often does it happen to you?

This happens most times that we try it. Is there a possibility that this could be due to an unreliable internet connection?

RayT, is it possible to give us a test account (or something) on your FTP server that we could try to reproduce this issue there?
