Hi,

We are getting the following error:

ERROR: Backup of TRBxxx failed: The server principal "DOMAIN_yyy\serviceaccount" is not able to access the database "TRBxxx"

The service account is a domain administrator account and has modify access to the C:\program Files\Microsoft SQ Server.

Can you tell me aht I need to do to get this backup working?

You need to give "DOMAIN_yyy\serviceaccount" access to "TRBxxx" database using SQL Server Management Studio.
