I had Free ver. 6.2 up and running beautifully for just over a month before it suddenly stopped working. I cannot find any indication of anything changing on the server that would disrupt operation. I could get it to do a manual SQL backup but that was it and no new entries show in the log since the scheduled jobs stopped. I downloaded the newest version yesterday. The new version would not install over the old one so I uninstalled the previous version. The new version install seemed to go well but now the service will not start and it seems I've made no progress. Can I do a more thorough manual uninstall/re-install or is there another way to get this back up and running? BTW: My server is running Server 2003 R2.
