Good Evening,

I just installed another instance of the software on our server running SQL 2000. However, I'm unable to schedule the job to run as a service. Each time that I attempt to save the job I'm receiving:

"Job scheduling error: The system cannot find the file specified"

I see in the following post this user is experiencing the same issue:

http://sqlbackupandftp.c...416_Job-Scheduling.aspx

I've check the C:\Program Files\Pranas.NET\SQLBackupAndFTP folder and the "SbfService.exe" does exist. However, I do not have the SqlBackUpAndFtp service listed under the list of services in Computer Management.

The current version of the software I installed is 6.4.3.30062 and this is on Windows Server 2003. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for your assistance.

Good Morning,

I apologize for the delay in my response as some items that required attention came up at work. Thank you for the other post reference, running the sc.exe command worked out for me. It turns out that the system32 folder was located at C:\WinNT\system32 and not C:\Windows\System32. Could that have possibly caused the service not to be installed during the installation of the program? I have another question about the service failing to start up upon the server restarting but I'll open a new post for that. Have a great day!

Best Regards,
Corey
