I can send FTP files form the source directly to the recipient - via command line without a problem
Using SQLBackup and FTP I get this error 01/09/2009 15:10:39 ERROR: Upload failed: The FTP command execution timed-out. 01/09/2009 15:10:39 Removing temporary folder C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\uqckv0id.nmq 01/09/2009 15:10:39 ERROR: Removing temporary folder failed: The process cannot access the file 'WCSData20090901.zip' because it is being used by another process.
The source server runs ISA Server 2004, the recipient does not.
Can anyne advise what might be causing the failure - The zipped backup is around 700MB
Thanks

We are aware of this issue. Please try this new version: http://sqlbackupandftp.com/test/SqlBakSetup326.zip.

Hi Mike, Thanks that put me on version 3.2.6.14666
Unfortunately I got exactly the same error ( error message identical to the one above, bar the time of course!)
Any other thoughts?
William

William, Please try this one: http://sqlbackupandftp.com/test/SqlBakSetup330beta.exeWe've increased FTP upload speed in this version and did test it on big files (more that 700 Mb). I hope you will not get FTP timeout error this time. Otherwise let us know. Mike

Hi everyone, try to use our new version 4.5. We used a totally new FTP engine in it. You can download it from here http://sqlbackupandftp.com/download/
