Hi,

Is there a way to skip the compression part?

Hi,

We don't provide such an option. Why do you need this? Bak files could be really huge if not compressed.

Hi,

Thats why it's an feature request. :)
I have a very big SQL DB file and compressing eats away too many CPU cycles. (running on a 1 CPU virtual machine)

So diskspace isn't a problem.

You have very unique needs. We have no plans of making compression optional, sorry.

Ah I thought it would be as easy as adding a 0 setting to the compression slider :)
But "1" will do.

Glad you've found a workaround.
